AirBadge is compliance automation software for airport badge offices. AirBadge automates and tracks badge-related activities at SBP.
SBP Badge Holders use AirBadge to:
- Apply for a new badge
- Renew your badge and update your information
- Check status on your application
Notify the airport of changes to your badge status
SBP Signatories use AirBadge to:
- Invite new hires to apply for a badge
- Authorize or prevent renewals
- Manage badges under your authorization
- Respond to TSA-ordered badge audits

Badge Program Requirements & Instructions
- All Badge Office appointments should be scheduled through AirBadge.
- Don’t forget to bring your IDs. Be sure to bring all your documents with you to every badge appointment.
- Is it time to renew? Start your badge renewal in AirBadge. You must renew your badge before it expires.
Log in to AirBadge using your invitation email. Review the AirBadge help site for assistance.
AirBadge is a closed, secured system. Only invited individuals are authorized to log in. Each email from AirBadge includes your unique login address and link. Be sure to bookmark the page for easy future access.
Can’t find an email from AirBadge?
Ask your signatory to resend the welcome email.
Unable to complete your badge application in AirBadge?
Request accommodations if you are unable to submit your application electronically. To request a paper badge application by mail contact the badge office at (805) 788-2094. Walk-ins are not accepted. Call to request an accommodation and plan an appointment to process your paper application.
